This model is specifically designed for core equipment such as metallurgical continuous casters, which demand extremely high dynamic response and control precision. It was successfully applied in the hydraulic pressure system of the customer’s slab continuous casting machine, achieving millisecond-level precise adjustment of mold oscillation and shell thickness, significantly improving the surface quality and internal uniformity of the cast strands.

Boosting Efficiency.
With a compact design, it is suitable for applications with limited installation space and high ambient temperatures. In the auxiliary hydraulic station renovation project for the customer’s steel rolling line, this valve ensured the accurate movement of actuators such as side guides in the finishing mill group, thanks to its excellent contaminant resistance and stable flow control performance, thereby improving production line rhythm and yield.

For Plate Mills.
Exemplifying high flow and high pressure, it is built for the main hydraulic systems of heavy-duty metallurgical equipment, such as wide and heavy plate mills. In the upgrade of the AGC (Automatic Gauge Control) system for a matching 5000mm wide and heavy plate mill, this valve delivered powerful, stable, and rapidly responsive pressure and flow output, serving as a key component in ensuring the thickness precision and shape quality of high-end steel plates.
