Detailed description

This hydraulic control valve is specifically designed to regulate both the direction and flow rate of hydraulic fluid, ensuring precise and stable control of hydraulic systems in various industrial applications. It adopts a subplate mounting design, which facilitates easy installation, maintenance and replacement, making it suitable for integrated hydraulic system configurations. Equipped with electrical position feedback, the valve can real-time monitor the position of the control spool and transmit signals to the control system, enabling closed-loop control and improving the accuracy of the entire hydraulic system. The control spool is spring-centered, allowing it to automatically return to the neutral position when the electrical signal is interrupted, effectively preventing system malfunctions and ensuring operational safety. It features a low pressure drop across the control lands, which reduces energy loss during fluid transmission and enhances the overall efficiency of the hydraulic system. To ensure compatibility and after-sales convenience, both the valve and its matching electronic control components are supplied by a single manufacturer, avoiding compatibility issues between different brands. Additionally, its mounting pattern complies with multiple international standards, including DIN 24 340 form A, ISO 4401 and CETOP-RP121H, ensuring good interchangeability with global standard hydraulic equipment.

1)With control spool types E, E1, EA, W, W1, WA; in longitudinal control spool direction, there is sufficient positive overlap without shock/vibration load; observe the installation orientation with regard to the main direction of acceleration.

2) The cleanliness classes specified for the components must be adhered to in hydraulic systems. Effective filtration prevents faults and at the same time increases the service life of the components.

Important information on hydraulic fluids!
-For more information and data on the use of other hydraulic fluids refer to data sheet 90220 or contact us!
-There may be limitations regarding the technical valve data (temperature, pressure range, service life , maintenance intervals, etc.)!
-The flash point of the process and operating medium used must be 40 K higher than the maximum solenoid surface temperature.
- Flame-resistant- wate-containingr: Maximum pressure differential per control edge 175 bar. Pressure pre-loading at the tank port > 20% of the pressure differential; otherwise, increased cavitation.
