Detailed Description
This hydraulic pump adopts a high-strength cast-iron housing, which enhances overall structural rigidity, resists vibration and impact, and ensures durable operation in harsh industrial environments. Equipped with a built-in supercharger, the pump achieves stable power output and improved working efficiency during operation. It supports high-speed operation with a maximum speed reaching 2600 RPM, meeting the high-efficiency working demands of various hydraulic systems. Adopting cartridge type control components, the structure allows for convenient field replacement, greatly simplifying daily maintenance and reducing downtime costs. The pump is fitted with a replaceable bronze clad port plate, which improves wear resistance and extends the service life of core components. It comes with a standard airbleed structure to realize quick priming and fast startup. Meanwhile, the hydrodynamic cylinder barrel bearing optimizes internal lubrication and friction conditions, delivering smoother and more reliable long-term operation.
