Detailed Description
This hydraulic pump is constructed with a high-strength cast-iron housing, which provides excellent structural rigidity, strong vibration resistance and outstanding durability for long-term industrial operation. It features fast response times, enabling sensitive and precise hydraulic control to adapt to rapid system operation changes. Adopting a practical two-piece housing design, the pump allows convenient disassembly and assembly, greatly simplifying daily inspection and maintenance work. The product supports optional metric pilot configuration, metric shafts and standard metric ports to match diverse global equipment installation requirements. It is equipped with a replaceable bronze clad port plate and a replaceable piston slipper plate. These wearable core parts can be replaced independently, effectively reducing maintenance costs and extending the overall service life. In addition, the pump retains complete thru-shaft capability, allowing multiple pumps to be connected in series, which improves equipment combination flexibility and meets complex multi-circuit hydraulic system demands.
